High winds this past week have decreased the usage of the lake. A better report will come next week. Bass fishing is fair. Plastics have been effective in deeper water in the middle of the day. Some bass are schooling and can be caught using rattletraps and crankbaits. Bream fishing has been slow. Try crickets or red worms at 8ft deep Crappie fishing is slow. Few catches have been reported. Minnows have been the bait of choice lately, but some fish are also being caught on jigs. Catfish are biting well. Try tightling in medium depth of water. Use chicken livers or nightcrawlers.
