Developed Camping
Shady RV Camping Sites
The 173 RV camp sites are located at Outlet Channel below the Grenada Lake Dam.
Each site features water and electrical hook-ups, picnic tables, and grills. Hot showers are available in four bathhouses, and a central sewage dumping station are located in the developed camping area. All sites are available for reservations.
Tent Camping
Three camping sites are located on a secluded bluff overlooking Grenada Lake, offering an unspoiled, panoramic view of the water.
Vacation Cabins
Hugh White features 12 duplex vacation cabins perched on a bluff overlooking Grenada Lake. Each of the 24 air conditioned units is equipped with bed and bath linens and basic kitchen equipment. Cabins with screened porches and fireplaces are also available. Reservations are strongly recommended.
Group Camp
Carver Point, located across Grenada Lake from the main park area, accommodates groups of up to 35. Housing is available in an air conditioned dormitory featuring separate counselor's quarters. Four fully equipped kitchenettes enable campers to prepare their own meals. Carver Point offers a meeting room accommodating 40. Campers must furnish their own linens, towels, pillows, soap, and other personal items. Reservations are required.
Golf
The Dogwoods Golf Course at Hugh White State Park takes full advantage of the natural beauty surrounding Grenada Lake. Deep woods enclose rolling fairways leading to large, inviting greens. This championship 18-hole course features a variety of tee boxes, giving each hole a different look and play. The hilly layout demands sharp skills and accurate ball-striking.A nature lover's course, The Dogwoods was carved out of the forrest, with only necessary clearing. The Dogwoods Pro Shop accepts tee time reservations up to two weeks in advance and may be reached by calling (662) 226-4123.

A swimming pool located in the cabin area is open to cabin guests only.
Visitor/Activity Building
The visitor's center houses the park office and a meeting room suitable for business meetings or group gatherings. Catering service is also available. Contact the park offices for specific information on facilities, seating capacity, and costs (662) 226-4934.
Picnic Area/Shelter
Hugh White features 30 picnic sites affording views of Grenada Lake, each equipped with tables and barbecue grills. A small covered picnic pavilion suitable for family reunions, company picnics, or church or school gatherings is available by reservation.
Nature Trail
A 0.8 mile nature trail providing views of various species of Mississippi plants and animal life.
Playground
Several playgrounds are located throughout the Park.
Boat Launching
Grenada Lake is recognized throughout the South as a hot spot for crappie fishermen, and is also stocked with bass, bream and catfish. Boat Launching ramp is open year-round. Carver Point boat ramp is closed.
Water skiing
Unrestricted water skiing is permitted in all areas of Grenada Lake.
Fishing
Grenada Lake offers 64,000 acres of fresh water for fishing and water sports. The lake is recognized throughout the South as a hot spot for crappie fishermen, and is also stocked with bass, bream and catfish. Numerous coves, inlets and the waters below the dam offer excellent opportunities for both weekend enthusiasts and serious anglers. A Mississippi fishing license is required for all persons between the ages of 16 and 65. Licenses may be purchased at the park office for a nominal fee.
