The following area attractions are located within a short drive of Percy Quin State Park. The park staff will be happy to provide directions.

Developed Camping
The 100 sites available for RV camping feature picnic tables, grills, and electrical, sewage, and water hook-ups. Hot showers are available in four bathhouses located in the developed camping area. One beach (for registered guests only), a yearly camp store stocked with picnic items and souvenirs, and a central sewage dumping station are located in the developed camping area. Reservations are highly recommended
Twenty-two primitive campsites (first come first serve) providing direct access to Lake Tangipahoa are available for tent camping. Each site features a fire ring, barbecue grill, picnic table, and permanent lantern post. Water and restrooms are available nearby.
Vacation Cabins
Percy Quin features 27 cabins and 2 villas furnished with bed and bath linens and basic kitchen equipment. All cabins provide a panoramic view of Lake Tangipahoa, and are air-conditioned and heated, have private porches, and many have fireplaces.
Two new executive golf villas furnished with bed and bath linens and basic kitchen equipment are also available.
Reservations are strongly recommended.
Group Camp
Located across the lake, Percy Quin State Park Group Camp offers housing and meal service for groups numbering 40 or more. Recreational facilities include two regulation ballfields, and an open air pavilion. Group Camp facilities are by reservation only and are not available to groups not wishing food services.
Housing is available in two different type buildings and the total capacity is 200. An air conditioned dormitory that sleeps 100 and 8 air conditioned huts that sleep 13 each.
Meals are served cafeteria style and are served at 8:00 a.m. / 12:00 Noon and 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Requirements - 40 campers, 6 meals / 2 night stay during the peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). 40 campers, 3 meals / 1 night stay during the off-season (Labor Day to Memorial Day Weekend).
Campers should bring pillows, towels, soap, linen and other personal items.
Upon leaving all areas must be clean and will be inspected by a Ranger.

Pool
A junior olympic size pool is opened seasonally (summer months). There is a nominal fee for adults and children.

Visitor/Activity Building
Visitor's Center - Park Office
The Visitor's Center houses the park office and a picnic patio.
Convention Center
Accommodating up to 200 people, a banquet and/or meeting room and catering is available. For specific information on facilities and costs, contact the park office (601) 684-3938.
Picnic Area/Shelter
The picnic area is heavily shaded and overlooks Lake Tangipahoa. Picnic tables (with and without shelters) with barbecue grills are available. Comfort stations are in the area. Four large picnic pavilions are available by reservations.
Nature Trail
A well-marked nature trail of eight miles (four miles wooded and four miles paved) circles Lake Tangipahoa and affords observation opportunities of wildlife and plants.
Playground
Playground equipment is also available at the Park.
Tennis
5 lighted tennis courts are available for a nominal fee.
Golf
Quail Hollow Golf Course
The course is an 18 hole championship course, 9 hole executive course, with large driving range and putting green. Call Pro Shop for tee times at (601) 684-2903

Boat Launching
Lake Tangipahoa is a 700 acre fresh water lake ideal for fishing. A boat launch is available for persons with their own boats for a nominal fee.
Water skiing
Lake Tangipahoa offers 700 acres of fresh water for water sports. Water and jet skiing are permitted.
Fishing
Lake Tangipahoa is a 700 acre fresh water lake ideal for fishing and water sports. The Lake is stocked with bass, bream, catfish and crappie. A Mississippi fishing license is required for all persons between the ages of 16 and 65 and may be purchased at the park office for a nominal fee.
A fish cleaning station, with stainless steel sinks and fillet boards, is available for use at no charge. 
Motel Rooms
A 9 unit lodge/motel, overlooks Lake Tangipahoa. Each unit is furnished with bed and bath linens and basic kitchen equipment.

Day Use
A day-use entry fee is charged for all day-use visitors.
Worship Services
Non-denominational worship services are held at Wayside Chapel during the summer months.
